The National Association of State Public Health Veterinarians recommend the yearly rotation of colors and styles of rabies tags for easier identification of tags being current for a particular year.

2010 Recommended Tag: Orange Oval

2011 Recommended Tag: Green Bell

These interactive Word documents can be filled in on-screen and printed.

Other special order Rabies Tag order forms can be filled out electronically using your computer or they can be filled in and printed out manually. They can be faxed to the number listed on the form or the electronic version can be saved to your desktop and e-mailed to Lanson Baumgartner at LBaumgartner@mwivet.com. Don’t forget to include your customer number either on your fax cover sheet or in the subject line of your e-mail along with the name of a contact person and a telephone number.
